At the Sales Academy we aim to do one thing really well. We apply our extensive knowledge of the selling process to create and develop pragmatic and practical ways to help salespeople and their sales managers do their jobs more effectively so that they can win more business.

 

We understand what works and what doesn’t in busy sales teams and we are dedicated to providing cost effective, easy to deploy solutions that will help salespeople with their day to day selling tasks.

 

We use all of our extensive sales and sales management experience to help Sales Team Leaders and Sales Managers in this fast changing, highly competitive world to develop their sales team’s full potential. We can equip them with sales tools and sales processes that have been designed to use the latest technologies and arm their salespeople with sales skills that have been honed using the very best methodologies and processes available.

 

Too often, salespeople fail to connect with standard sales training packages, complaining that off the shelf’ training and paper based sales planning tools are hard to use and don’t relate to their own customers, products and markets. Not surprisingly, much of the benefit from the investment in training and skills development can often be lost after a few months. To ensure that we make that vital ‘connection’, we will work with a client’s sales management to tailor our products, workshop programmes and consulting services to their specific sales situations and market requirements.

 

· We provide sophisticated, yet easy to use pc and laptop based sales tools, sales planning templates and productivity aids that have been created using the latest industry standard Microsoft Office InfoPath software, to ensure easy, low cost and rapid deployment over a customer’s pc network.

 

· On screen Planning Guides and Contextual Help functions offer straightforward explanations and guidance on new sales processes and methodologies, so that salespeople start to benefit immediately and rapidly develop their full potential to win more business in highly competitive sales situations. 

 

· Our user friendly pc based products can be purchased separately and used as cost effective, stand alone applications without the need for a training workshop.

 

· If you do opt for a workshop based solution, we use case studies that are based on our clients’ own ‘live sales situations. Real sales campaigns for real salespeople.

 

· Pre-programme consulting, coupled with follow-ups after each workshop, help our clients to reap all of the benefits from the training and development investment in their sales teams.
